Whether you would like a class focused on mindfulness and relaxation, or a more dynamic fitness type class, we’re happy to tailor a package for whatever your particular needs are. In-House or Off-Site, no problem!
A sample morning team building session could look something like this:
- Breath Work: Introduction to the 4×4 breath practice (used by American Special Forces Navy Seals) which helps to alleviate stress.
- Mindfulness: Brief overview of mindfulness practice and introduction to mindfulness of the breath meditation.
- Yoga: Accessible yoga session.
- Relaxation: Guided relaxation
