A one off wellness day, a weekly class, as part of a team building morning, we can help.

Whether you would like a class focused on mindfulness and relaxation, or a more dynamic fitness type class, we’re happy to tailor a package for whatever your particular needs are. In-House or Off-Site, no problem!

A sample morning team building session could look something like this:

  1. Breath Work: Introduction to the 4×4 breath practice (used by American Special Forces Navy Seals) which helps to alleviate stress.
  2. Mindfulness: Brief overview of mindfulness practice and introduction to mindfulness of the breath meditation.
  3. Yoga: Accessible yoga session.
  4. Relaxation: Guided relaxation

At YOGABODY we teach a style of yoga that is Science & Fitness Focused (no religion). We take a modern approach to classic yoga. No incense, no chanting, no gurus… we focus on mind-body wellness for everyone.
